Beth Fraulo, RN, BSN, serves as DCRI's Director of Operations for Health Services Research, a role that draws on a Duke career spanning more than three decades. Beginning as a critical care nurse, Fraulo developed a deep, firsthand understanding of both patient care and the research process before applying that expertise as an operational leader.

In her current role, Fraulo leads a team of more than 50 team members and oversees a large portfolio of research programs, serving as the lead partner for DCRI faculty members in establishing the institute's operational approach to conducting pragmatic health services research and outcomes studies, including implementation science programs and disease registries.

Fraulo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a registered nurse.
