CTMS Learning Center

To receive proper credit/proof-of-training for each course, do one of the following.

• If you have a Duke NetID, please go to the Duke LMS to locate and register for the classes (listed as “[Class Name] – Online”). View the training and then launch/pass the associated class assessment.
  • Important: Please ignore instructions about emailing IT Training for credit. Instead, after completing the assessment, submit an attachment of your LMS Course Completion Notification via a Request for CTMS ServiceNow ticket.
• If you do not yet have a Duke-issued NetID, then follow the instructions in each class to receive credit for completing the course.
